Return Policy
MAKING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS EASY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving it.
The cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore, we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.
Please quote your order reference number in all correspondence and ensure you include the original invoice with your parcel.
Upon receipt of your returned items, you will have the option of availing a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
Items MUST be sent back via DHL/Fedex with a tracking number.
EXCEPTION
Custome Size Orders are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.
REFUND
Buyers will be reimbursed in the same method of payment used to pay for the item.
FAULTY GOODS
We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each garment is packaged carefully. If you receive a damaged or faulty item please let us know immediately.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS PLACED
Rubinak.com accepts order cancellations up to 24hrs after receiving it.
This can be done by contacting via customercare@rubinak.com
Upon receiving the cancellation request, rubinak.com will start processing the refund. This can take up to 10 business days.
